You may return goods in the following instances:
- Within 7 (seven) days of the date of the receipt of the goods if the transaction falls within the scope of Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transmissions Act. The aforementioned return policy excludes items contemplated in Section 42(2) of the aforementioned Act; or
- within the implied warranty period if the product is defective; or
Notwithstanding the above, greenlinepro.co.za shall not be required to accept the return of any goods, unless defective within the warranty period, if at your direction the goods have been:
- partially or entirely disassembled;
- physically altered;
- permanently installed, affixed or attached;
- Joined or added to or blended or combined or embedded within other goods or property.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like a refund, as no refund will be given without pre authorisation and a formal letter has been issued by Greenline Projects.
There shall be a 20% return charge”handling fee” (as per supplier/manufacturer charge) for returns due to the order being the fault of the consumer.
Customers agree to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. You are required to bear the cost of shipping and insurance required for the return of the goods to “greenlinepro.co.za / Greenline Projects.
Customers agree that all returned products for credit, replacement or refund will be 100% complete, in a resalable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
If any component of the returned product is missing, greenlinepro.co.za will refuse to accept the return or may impose additional charges against you for the replacement of the missing component.
greenlinepro.co.za may impose a reasonable fee should it be necessary to restore the goods in order to render it suitably fit for re-stocking.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Please contact us on email@example.com to see if we could make a plan to help you.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for appropriate arrangements.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To return your product, you should contact as at email@example.com for appropriate arrangements.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please note, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
